Karl’s 40 Day Fitness Plan is based on getting people to reach and go beyond the minimum level of fitness for long term health. This fitness test was devised by The School of Health and Human Performance at Dublin City University. Below you will see instructions as to how to perform each component of the test. Always ensure that you are doing each exercise safely.
NOTE – If you don’t pass on the first attempt consider doing the 40 Day Health Challenge Exercise Plan and then repeat this test. You’ll be surprised how much you can improve in just 40 days.
